n the article presented by Professor Aida Curcho, for the Gazette of Pedagogy in 1972, she represents the experience and trajectory as a specialist in orientation. In his journey through the educational context, he directed the National Guidance Service (SNOME), created by the Ministry of Education in 1963. This service qualified and trained personnel who had been working in the field of guidance. It is necessary to highlight that this service presented administrative changes of a hierarchical nature within the Ministry of Education, passing to the Guidance Division, from there to a Department, to later become part of the Welfare Services as another dependency. Student that to date have remained in force.
His speech focused on transmitting aspects based on the conception of guidance for the historical moment and the scope that the programs had as guidance services at the levels of the Educational System in Venezuela, specifically focused on the higher level; currently named university education and other elements inherent to it...
