Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences has been highly relevant to the educational field from its publication in 1995 to the present day. For this reason, the aim of this document is to address his concept from one of the most diverse and curricularly flexible areas of knowledge: artistic education. Thus, the purpose of this paper was to reflect on the stimulation and growth that the development of artistic activities offers to the various talents, abilities, or intelligences demonstrated by learners, such as linguistic, naturalistic, spatial, or musical intelligence, among others proposed by Howard Gardner. These can be enhanced through the different activities provided by artistic development in its various disciplines or languages, such as theater, dance, music, and the visual arts. To elucidate this integration and enhancement of intelligences through artistic education, a qualitative methodology was employed at a hermeneutic-reflective level. Likewise, a documentary analysis and bibliographic review were conducted, which provided the foundation for the final reflections. These reflections revealed that the curricular integration of certain artistic activities, when properly guided and coordinated, is important for strengthening or enhancing the different types of intelligence in learners. This, in turn, benefits the teaching and learning processes within the artistic education curriculum, as well as strengthens the consolidation of their life projects through the various professions inherent to artistic development.
