Pedagogical strategies mediated by digital technologies to strengthen reading comprehension in primary basic education in Colombia

Education is their action, which shows that they face significant events on a daily basis, such as technological advances, and it is often observed that students are attached to the use of digital technologies; this leads us to bear in mind that it is necessary to rethink the pedagogical approach; This gives rise to the following general objective: to reflect on the implementation of mediating pedagogical strategies and the use of digital technologies for the development of reading comprehension in primary education in Colombia. The methodology is based on qualitative research, supported by the hermeneutic method using the technique of documentary content analysis, which led to an academic essay on the didactic actions linking pedagogical strategies, digital technologies, and reading comprehension. This becomes an essential basis for the development of the educational process focused on text comprehension. This becomes an essential basis for the development of the educational process focused on text comprehension, This has resulted in pedagogical strategies, digital technologies, and reading comprehension contributing significantly to improving training processes, leading to the conclusion that these aspects are key to achieving quality processes focused on good education, generating changes and transformations in relation to new learning that guarantees improved educational performance.
